Customer service, and communication are poor at best. We used them because they were only approved contractor allowed to work in development. Seven months later project was finally finished. Don't expect any explanations from them about process, timelines, etc. it would be nice if someone would sit down with you on front end and talk through the project.
I agree with Nancy. We have attempted to ‘just get a quote” from Brian twice now. He says he’ll call the day before and was supposed to finally come today but no call, no show. What good is a company if you can’t even come out to give a quote or return phone calls.
I called last week for an estimate to have my lanai screen replaced. Was supposed to have estimator come to my home yesterday. No phone call to confirm and a no show. Would not recommend this company so many more reliable companies in SW Florida
