Dr. Hansen is so kind and nice. He explains everything in a way that we understand.
Dr Hanson and the receptionists and schedulersare great ! However his medical assistant is terrible! I called and told her I had blood in my urine for a week and I never got a response. My pharmacy and I have been calling, faxing her for 10 days or a refill prescription and NO response. Terrible service!

It was a long wait and I didn't comfortable and felt rushed. Also, they don't have online registration. The documents were mailed to me and I had to fill them out by hand. Not sure why a medical office in 2022 wouldn't have online registration? However, the person at the front desk was pleasant enough. I'm certain they've helped many patients but for me I will search elsewhere for a urologist that works for me.

When I came for the appointment, I waited in the small lobby and nobody greeted me, or asked me what was the purpose of my visit.
