I had a very unpleasant experience to this company today. The attitude of one of the staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of basic courtesy, I was treated with disrespect and a condescending tone throughout the interaction. As someone simply doing my job, this kind of behavior is unacceptable and honestly ruined my entire day. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper worker service training, because no one deserves to be treated this way.
Your staff really need to learn how to treat people with basic courtesy, instead of acting superior. I still hope you have a good day.
