Ford, Mareeba spare parts manager Alan is a liar and I will never deal with this dealership again. I recently did a trip to cape york and needed a spare part (long story, short) i asked if i could take the spare part and return it if i dont need it. He said yes, it shouldn't be a problem and we can work it out. I did the trip, didn't need the part so I called to return it.
