They were great. Everyone is super patient and kind, always willing to help, everyone is super polite, and extremely informative. I always love coming here. Highly recommend to anybody.

Dr. Hansen is a top shelf provider. I would not go to any other foot Dr. I burned my foot 4 years ago and Dr. Hansen brought me back to health. I can't say enough good things about. He is the best foot Dr. around.
Dr. Hansen and his staff were all friendly and professional. However, the company he contracts his billing to, Balance Health, is totally incompetent. I have been waiting more than 2 months now to be in reimbursed for a claim that was paid by my insurance company for orthotics. Jaclynn Fuller is "patient access manager" at this company. My issue was "escalated" to her weeks ago and I was promised resolution within 5 business days.
