10/10 ER Dr. Nikoueiha ( doc Nick) has the most incredible bedside manner.has treated all of my 7 children & myself.He’s kind, relatable, thorough& courteous. I hope Hansen realizes what an asset to their team he is.
THIS HOSPITAL/DOCTOR GAVE UP ON MY WIFE! MY WIFE OVER HEARD DR. HAVERKAMP pretty much mocking her to another doctor, because she was crying. Who is really sick and suffers from extreme chronic pain! She missed 7 Appointments(not in a row). Due to her illness and a ride availability issues( live out of town). WITHOUT any prior verbal warning about her attendance from the hospital or her doctor. Very quick service and nice people
I had an awful experience at Hansen Family Hospital. I went to the ER with high fevers, blurred vision, and other symptoms. I made it very clear multiple times to both nurses and the doctor that my vision was messed up. Despite this, none of them documented it in my chart. Later, when I followed up with a nurse, she admitted they had just “hoped” my vision issues were from dehydration, and told me to reach out to my primary. So I called Ackley Medical Center.
