John went above and beyond to attend to our family. He personalized the service, paid attention to the details and removed much of the stress which comes with an end of life situation. He made an a difficult event much easier to bear because of his kindness.
John goes above and beyond any other funeral home. His compassionate care, as well as being willing to protect, during difficult "funerals." Yes, death brings out the ugly in people and John has mastered the skill of keeping people calm. This is quite important during a time we should be commemorating the deceased love one. Thank you John (and Staff) for being amazingly wonderful throughout the years of service you have rendered for me.
