We have had plenty of work done before with hansens but it seems like the care and quality of work has definitely gone down. We had an appoinment booked for over a month and when we drop it off to get the work done half of the parts weren't even ordered. So they wanted us to schedule another appointment when the parts came in that they already knew they needed to order over a month ago. I recently took my truck to Hansen's Diesel Shop and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. On December 12th I originally just needed a glow plug replaced, which is about a one-day job. I asked if I could get my truck back the same day and was told yes. However, they ended up needing it for another day, which I managed to accommodate. You’re better off searching up YouTube videos on how to do it yourself. Very overpriced and super underperformed. Purchased a truck from the owner and it blew up 3000 miles later due to him breathing the same air as the truck. Save yourself money and time and go somewhere else.

If you like bringing everything Ryan touches back so he fix it again, this is the place for you. If you like your vehicle sitting for 3 months this is the place for you. If you like paying for Fass fuel pumps that never got installed and don’t match the serial number, this is the place for you. Honestly, fire up YouTube and do it yourself. Will turn out better. In Watford city, when there is no competition, there is no customer service.
