Excellent and professional service when I called while traveling through. Fuel filter went bad, Johnna got me in the next day when I got my truck towed there, was ready and working the following morning.
Came in with a pretty serious oil leak. I was prepared to hear the worse, however, they brought it into the shop identified the problem and had me back on the road in about a half hour for under a hundred bucks. Doesn't get much better than that
We have had plenty of work done before with hansens but it seems like the care and quality of work has definitely gone down. We had an appoinment booked for over a month and when we drop it off to get the work done half of the parts weren't even ordered. So they wanted us to schedule another appointment when the parts came in that they already knew they needed to order over a month ago.
