Good fixit place
Initially, I had some problems with Hansen. This boiled down to miscommunication between Hansen and myself. Fred personally came to visit me and insure that I was satisfied with my repair. Everyone and every company has made errors. In this case, Hansen came to make sure that I was, indeed, satisfied. That made all the difference to me. Great customer service.
