Rude, impatient,and passive-aggressive. No interest in listening to patients, does not know what she's doing at all. Her arrogance puts patients at risk.
She took the time to listen carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without feeling rushed. What really stood out was her depth of knowledge and ability to connect the dots quickly. I felt confident in her assessment. She also encouraged questions, which I really appreciated. Wonderful and caring provider that goes above and beyond for her patients. Highly recommend!
Very unprofessional. I waited a month for an appointment. Had her nurse call me to tell me the day of that I needed to come in person but she could not see me for another 2 months! Basically told me to go somewhere else knowing, I was out if diabetes medication. Gross and negligent. Look at her reviews, don't see her!!
Very poor experience. Hansen was low-key aggressive, impatient, not interested whatsoever in hearing pertinent information from patient. Combative, argumentative, dismissing behavior which was very shocking to see from someone who's supposed to be a medical professional. Shockingly bad experience. She seemed emotionally unstable and aggressive - likely overworked but very much to potential patients detriment.
