First time Hansel dealer buyer. I purchased a used Lincoln Navigator L from this dealer with the platinum bumper to bumper coverage. 8 months into owning this vehicle it doesn't start after sitting overnight in my driveway so we take in to Hansel Ford Lincoln and give or take 4 days they had the vehicle for a month and couldn't figure out the problem.
