This is a very busy Ford dealership. Without an appointment don’t expect them to work you in. My F350 Super Duty, crew cab, diesel, dually is an expensive vehicle, but there were expensive vehicles everywhere waiting in line. A very busy place is hard to review. Usually a busy place is a sign of good food, etc. my review is to let people know that without an appointment, don’t waste your time just showing up. Had a slow leak tire on the F150. They looked and said they couldn’t find it. Get home, removed the wheel, hit it with soapy water. Less than 10 minutes later, found the slow leak. It was an old rusty nail embedded into the tire. Sad that trained mechanics couldn’t use expertise to find a leak. Epic failure on their part. Go back to school.
