I am very happy with the repair work done by Hansel Collision Center. My Subaru is entirely fixed after a bad rear end accident. They kept me informed about the progress and when I picked it up, it looked great.
Told me they would put me at the top of the list because I don’t want to spend 20 or 30 minutes filling out this form. I used to be able to just calling in asking to do whatever the manufacturer recommended for the milage. It’s been over a week and no return call. This forced me to go to my local oill change store for $267. This cost should have been covered my extended maintenance program. I will find another local dealership as I will not buy anything from Hanel car dealerships,
My car has not yet been repaired but the drop-off experience could not have been better. Very courteous and helpful staff and they even gave me a ride back home.
