I was having some stressful times setting up my payments. I called support and Jerry Walked me through it. Although I may not spend all my time on the computer or my phone. I am not a Luddite. It was tricky.....for me. And I wasn't made to feel stupid. Thanks Jerry.
I’m very disappointed in my recent experience with Hanscom Federal Credit Union. After paying off my auto loan in full, I later discovered that an overpayment had been made, yet I was never notified of this. Despite having no outstanding balance, the credit union continued to withdraw $156.00 in inactivity and maintenance fees from the account without any warning or communication. Be aware: If you leave a small balance in a savings acct , after 2 years of not touching the $ , they will deduct $ each month without ever emailing , calling or sending you a letter. Now I owe them $.
