Poor service, incompetent. Inky one generic telephone # that spins for 2 and 3 hours. I’m using correct password and keeps rejecting me
Me and my mother both got car loans from them and they lost both of our titles. No remedy. Complete clown show over here. Incompetence and stupidity at its finest. Stay far away.
I was having some stressful times setting up my payments. I called support and Jerry Walked me through it. Although I may not spend all my time on the computer or my phone. I am not a Luddite. It was tricky.....for me. And I wasn't made to feel stupid. Thanks Jerry.
I’m very disappointed in my recent experience with Hanscom Federal Credit Union. After paying off my auto loan in full, I later discovered that an overpayment had been made, yet I was never notified of this. Despite having no outstanding balance, the credit union continued to withdraw $156.00 in inactivity and maintenance fees from the account without any warning or communication.
