Have been getting my ongoing medications from this military pharmacy since retirement from the Army. The building inside is always clean and well maintained. All staff are pleasant and knowledgeable to answer any questions I ask regarding my medicines. Their overall operations and procedures from placing requests for medications, to filling them and notifying me that they are ready for pickup is flawless (definitely its much better organized then when I get short term RX's filled at my local pharmacy).
Fast! These guys always get me out quick! Off base RX gets called in, and I get a text it's ready before I've even gotten back on base! Don't bother leaving once you've activated your dependents' off base RX... they'll have it ready before you get back to work/home. Phenomenal job! I'm impressed time after time.
I’ve never gotten the pharmacy to answer the phone. Unless, picking up just to slam it down counts. You must go in if you have a question. The desk and leadership believe this process is appropriate. I expressed my concerns recently after calling several times between 1000-1400hrs (with no answers and 1 hangup). I was told by that I was opinionated and obviously never worked at an MFT. True, but I have significantly more military/operational experience than 6 years.
