Thank goodness we found Ben Hansberry, a high-energy straight-shooting perfectionist who sorted out all the BS and misinformation we faced with the NBN hook-up last week. His faster-than-prompt service and absolute wealth of knowledge in combination with his superb diagnostic, technical, and communication skills plus his down-to-earth friendliness made him a godsend. Fantastic service - very quick, professional + thorough
Had Ben come out under short notice and troubleshoot why a circuit breaker in our switchboard was tripping. Found that one of our appliances was leaking current going back to the switchboard and resolved it promptly. Highly recommend.
