Horrible customer Service, Suzanne Penney Should be fired
I recently had a great experience with Hansard Insurance Agency and felt compelled to share my feedback. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through my insurance options. They took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I understood the coverage that best suited my needs. What stood out most was their commitment to finding the right policy rather than just selling something quickly.
