The guy that helped me (James?) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Spent close to a half hour with me finding all the fittings. After visiting three other retailers, they had all the fittings I needed. Will definitely come back in the future.
I called late this afternoon seeking assistance in locating a 90 degree elbow for a 4 post car lift. James was incredibly helpful and had ample on hand in stock. Kudos to Hansa Flex and especially to James for providing outstanding service to a complete novice who barely knew what to ask for.
Great people, and got my order out quick when I was in a jam with my boss one day! The type of service they provide is always superb!
I called the office of Hansa-Flex and spoke with Kayla about replacement hoses for our hydraulic pump. I gave her all the size and part information she needed over the phone and she got my replacement parts ordered.
