I consistently call with rush orders going to various locations across the US due to Service Breakdowns. The Hansa-flex group always finds the components required and gets the parts to location in an exceptional time frame so that we get the job done.
Came in late on a Friday, just needed two lines to get a job back up and going, they said they couldn’t have the hoses made until 9am Monday. Great, totally understand. Come back Monday at 9:45, and after paying for them Friday and everything, they don’t have them made, haven’t started, and can’t even find the company. Whatever, mistakes happen.
