Dr Zhang really listens and offers practical solutions
Surgeon was seen for consultation regarding getting a bigger picture regarding MRI results and mainly conservative treatments were discussed, but also expectation on how the current symptoms should improve and progress. We discussed alternative plans if symptoms should worsen by next follow-up. Dr Zhang and is physician extender, Jessica, listened well about my concerns and put me at ease.
Such a great experience meeting a doctor who listens to the patient instead of just relying on MRIs and other diagnostic tests. I feel comfortable with his findings and a way to move forward with my issues. Very happy that I was referred to him.
