As a business owner myself, I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. From the start, I felt that women—particularly women of color—are treated as if we are uneducated. I was sold a used tire after being explicitly told it was new. I was also told there were no used tires in stock, only to later discover that was untrue. My son came here to get new tires put on his truck and an alignment. He was 8 minutes away when his wheel flew off on US 1. 2 studs broke off which indicates that 2 lugs was tightened and 3 lugs was not. When I called and spoke to the owner, Tony, he was very rude and argumentative. He had my son’s truck towed back to his shop and fixed the issue. But let’s talk about accountability.
