AMAZING! The staff, all levels, are professional, courteous, caring and compassionate. Facility is amazingly clean and well appointed. Philip and surrounding communities are very lucky to have this great facility!

I was in an ambulance going through acute withdrawals which were later considered life threatening. Phillip made the ambulance turn back half way because they “did all they could for me” earlier by giving my 2mg Ativan. If I hadn’t gotten to Rapid city when I did I may have died, and am thankfully sober to this day. I have been considering a malpractice suit given my own and my family’s standing in South Dakota. My wife and I were involved in a motorcycle accident due to extreme hail/thunderstorm while enroute to Sturgis. My wife was transported to HPP memorial and was immediately treated very well. During the next couple of days, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were able to continue on our travels with compassion and a caring attitude. We absolutely loved all the staff members we've interacted with and the care they gave.

My husband and I work as expediting so we travel all over and my husband had got a bite or something on his face so we came to this wonderful little hospital. We got right in . The staff was wonderful. She called the Dr he came right away. And took care of my husband immediately. What a awesome hospital. We never got treated as wonderful as they treated us at this hospital any where else. And they were on top of it. Treated my husband right away. Thank you Peterson memorial.
