Hans WAS amazing. The old guard was friendly on time and easy to book. The new guys; 4cite is no where near as good… the drivers are separated from the main cabin therefore 4cite lacks the fun chit chats that made Hans so great. We scheduled a cat at 8:45 but were made to get on the 8:00 one. The Drivers are friendly but the management and customer service is AWFULL I hope 4cite gets the memo; most people do not like 4cite and they need to learn a lot from Hans before the Perisher community will even start to look forward to... read more
