Dr Jeppesen has been excellent the few times I have met with him. He takes his time and does not try to rush you out of his office. I will say that I have never had as much time with a doctor in their office as I have had with him. Regarding his staff, all my interactions with them have been excellent as well. I would not hesitate booking an appointment with him if you're looking to do so.
Dr. Jepperson is exceptionally kind, patient, and compassionate. He always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and consistently goes above and beyond to assist with any issues, which is rare to find. Both Dr. Jepperson and Gurpreet Saini provide amazing care, and I highly recommend this practice.
I've been a patient for years but never seen by Dr. Jeppesen (and maybe he's great). But staff is slow, disorganized, and often not very kind. I've never felt truly cared for or valued here. There is no real attempt at patient relationship. Dr. Jeppesen routinely forgets that I have stage four cancer and staff bills for services never received.
I see the reviews are mostly about the administrative and staffing issues. The doctor himself is amazing. Takes his time. Actually listens. Has a great sense of humor. Truly a diamond in the rough in my experience. He was so good with a loved one that I made him my own doctor.
Booked on zocdoc, received a text to call to answer a few questions. Called that day and the receptionist tried getting in touch with the doctor for 5 minutes, I left my number and said they would call back when free. Dr. Jeppesen cancelled the next week without a call. Waste of time, don't bother
