Every mother of the brides worst post wedding nightmare: the cleaners ruining your daughter’s dress. Yep, it happened to me. BEWARE! Don’t use Hans Dry Cleaners in Oak Creek! They ruined the top tulle’ layers and didn’t offer any customer service whatsoever and lied to my face about contacting the bridal store to figure out a plan. Their solution (per son Steve) was that I buy new tulle’ and let them replace it! Right, like I’d trust them when they couldn’t and didn’t do the first job I trusted them to do!
