I was never greeted, even though I smiled and said hello first. I asked to see black, silver, or stone bangles, but was told “no” before any options were even shown. I was first shown children’s bangles, then another employee pointed me to a different section. Neither employee smiled or greeted me when i did . Very kind and very professional staff, they are try always to satisfy the client. I thought I left my phone with them and I stressed out they even went through their cameras for me. I appreciate the service very much and sorry for the inconvenience again!
