Rip Off! Horrible rip off. My father who has been a long time customer bought a defective washer and dryer (confirmed defective by the manufacturer) and Han's refused to even consider an exchange. Based on everything that happened we believe Han's knowingly pawned off defective merchandise. My entire family suffered from extreme rashes because the machine would not rinse out the soap. Han's Appliance & Refrigerator is RIP OFF RIP OFF, I received my Refrigerator today (an hour ago), and didn't like the style so I wanted to return it. They said you can return but we will charge a 25% restocking fee. I said fine since it was my mistake, but its for STORE CREDIT ONLY. What kind of place takes off 25% off store credit, let alone even try to offer me cash refund of 25%. I am FURIOUS, buyers beware they have a RIDICULES return policy for my item that is only 1 hour old and not even plugged in, they wont even cas... read more
This is a medium sized appliance store that also specializes in home theater. The owner is great and they really excel in customer service. Additionally, they can match and usually beat any of the larger chain stores like Best Buy and Circuit City. The difference is that you get service that the big stores cannot or will not provide.
