We bought a very low mileage used 2013 John Varvatos Limited Edition 300C from a nation wide internet based car dealership. The car was beautiful, except they did a lousy job repainting the front fascia .Their paint was peeling off, oversprayed onto the hood and fender, and generally looked like crap. After negotiating with the dealership they agreed to pay for repairs. RMS took care of that work for us with a new front end, paint job, and minor paint repairs. My experience at RMS of Hanover was very positive. Our generator was not getting fuel from the main tank and every repair facility I called would not touch it. I then found RMS of Hanover and they said they would work on it. They found the issue and repaired it in a timely manner. Pricing was very reasonable.

Cecil awesome to work with. I would never go to Camping World. They fixed my 28ft 2013 travel trailer that was side swiped last yr. they treat like is their own. Just got my car back that was hit in front end. Took them a week. They did wonderful work. Go check them out. I am very picky on who works on my vehicles I gave them a chance twice.
What an awesome place! Don't want to use Camping World???? (They are the pits!) Cecil at RMS of Hanover was very helpful! He ordered a camper awning for us, it came in when promised AND he fit us in within two days so we could go on our schedule vacation!! We Highly recommend!!
We can't say enough about Cecil and the crew at RMS. Outstanding work by RMS! We live 3 hours from them, and was recommended by Nationwide, for them to do work on our Coachmen Mirada. Absolutely Awesome customer service and theses guys went above and beyond to get everything fixed and in a very short amount of time. THANK YOU guys for the great work!!!!!!
I took my grooming van here after getting rear ended. I can not express enough the WONDERFUL job they did. They went above and beyond with the repairs. It looks like a brand new van. In fact after taking me business logo off my clients say I Love you're NEW VAN. I say it's the same one and they don't believe me. RMS of Hanover is 5 star in every way.
