My father was quoted a price for tires, mounted and balanced. He confirmed that the price quoted was the total. He was asked to pay considerably more when he tried to pick up his vehicle. They called it "a little bit of tax" but the math didn't add up. They threw the dirty tires in his back seat, I guess to save him the "disposal charge" they had added to his bill.
