Please be aware of 10 day move out policy!! It is a clean facility and rental was fast and easy. However, when I closed my account 7 days before my bill was due, I received a notification that I will still be charged for next month for being less than 10 days from end of billing cycle!! It's is absolutely my fault for not reading through things. It is absolutely on them for taking advantage of people! Updated review! Hanover will not be charging for december. Great facility, looks brand new. Clean and well kept. Easy to rent online. I like the gated access for extra security.
