Awful! My sick daughter was as treated appallingly by Dr Albert Karoly at this clinic. Confrontational from the outset with a superiority complex and clearly not in a good mood, he frightened the wits out of my daughter who has an intellectual disability. I would have thought a man that age, particularly one who is supposed to care for the sick, would have learned a thing or two about humility, but life is full of surprises. Charging me $40 for a 1 minute appointment to tell me nothing about travel vaccines. I am so disappointed. Hard earned money being taken to not even sit in the room for a minute. As a nurse myself, the bedside manner was not anywhere to be found.
Dr Brian is a people doctor he will listen and see what the best way to get you back in action will never change him
I need to say that i had the worst patient experience ever in my life! Dr Albert is the most rude doctor i ever been to. Zero patience with people, abrupt and not helpful at all.I will never go back
This was one of the most unfriendly experience I have ever come in the field of medicine. From the reception, there was an elderly lady who seemed not interested with clients who were coming in(she is blonde and puts on contact glasses). Zero direction was offered on what to expect. My appointment was to be at 9:15am, as usual I went in 10min early. But we ended up to see doctor D. Herath around 10am. The worst part is, she wasn’t remorseful at all for the long wait.
