This was one of the most unfriendly experience I have ever come in the field of medicine. From the reception, there was an elderly lady who seemed not interested with clients who were coming in(she is blonde and puts on contact glasses). Zero direction was offered on what to expect. I must say my recent experience has been unpleasant. After waiting for 40 minutes, a certain doctor that goes by the name of Dr Albert had a go at me for making a follow up appointment with him instead of a doctor a saw a week ago. He was rude, and sent me out and told me to make an appointment with the other doctor. I may have made a mistake, but I just assumed that they would have had my results of my blood and urin test on file? How was I supposed to know? This email report is unsolicited. I am writing as an outpatient of the Hanover Street Medical Centre, Oakleigh, City of Monash. My wife, our son and I have been patients of this centre for over 20 years. During that time we were patients of one male doctor, Dr. David Sharma who took care of us very well.
