My husband and I chose Hanover Reserve for our wedding day in May of this year and we are so happy that we did! The property itself is beautiful. We each used the suites to hang out with our friends and family before the ceremony and had the best time. The rooms were spacious enough for our larger parties and the staff was helpful whenever we needed anything during the set up. Came here for a graduation party.... This place is NICE! SO MANY different photos opportunities. Its beautiful.
I was incredibly disappointed with our experience at Hanover. Despite a contract stating access until 1 AM, the bride and groom were rudely forced out at 10:20 PM. They weren’t even allowed to finish a game of pool or gather their personal items from the suite without being rushed. To make matters worse, staff turned off the lights and locked the doors while guests were still outside in 40-degree weather waiting for rides.
