Poor Customer Service Our experiences with Hanover Realty were not pleasant this past summer. We built a house Kirwkood at Arrondale through a neighborhood that used Hanover Realty Agents. I found that we were lied to as far as construction building dates, the agents were not familiar with what stage the house was actually in, and didn't seem to care how they inconvenienced our lives as we were trying to sell the house we were in to move to the house we were building.
