My pain from planters fasciitis immediately started to abate once the treatment started. They were able to get me in quicker than anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with.

There was a slight miscommunication issue but once the Dr was made aware of the situation, he remedied the problem immediately and even called after hours to put us at ease.
I don’t understand the negative reviews. The staff is professional and welcoming, I receive reminder calls, no long wait times, and most importantly, the medical care is great. Dr. Karter is willing to listen to my concerns and to discuss the care options available.
