We have been patients for over 6 years with three kids, we really enjoyed the practice until the last few years. The prices charged for care recently are unconscionable. It may seem like funny money with insurance discounts and the other healthcare nonsense we are all subject to but when the majority of people in this country are on high deductible health insurance plans so it ends up being real money out of pocket. Now that they've released my sons medical records, finally feel as though I can leave a review. It's scary as first time parents and Hanover Pediatrics makes you feel crazy for having any concerns and they want nothing more than to NOT help. My son can't eat solids, would literally throw up and even at 12 months, pediatrician told us oh just keep trying despite us bringing up how concerned we were. Just had a horrible 1st appt experience that we had to walk out of ... The dentist was made very aware ahead of time that my 6yr old has extreme anxiety. We got there, they wanted to do xrays and she was freaking out because I would have to leave the room and did not want to do it, they sat us in at one of the chairs & again my child was upset and starting to panic...I was trying to calm her.
