I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. They have been helpful, kind and understanding. The office manager is fabulous and one of the most helpful and kind people I have ever encountered. HIGHLY recommend for excellent care, service and desire to not only give your child a great smile but work with you on making that happen in every way. THANK YOU!
I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and downright rude behavior from a front desk staff before. If you miss a payment, prepare to be treated with absolutely zero respect—talked down to, belittled, and made to feel like an major inconvenience rather than a patient. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or basic courtesy, they are condescending, very rude, and dismissive.
