5 STARS!! Great amenities and the staff is so nice. I would highly recommend this property. Living here has been so pleasant. Maintenance is friendly and the office team goes above and beyond. I've lived in several different buildings in Oakland and this has been the best experience so far. Apartments are spacious and the resident events are great too!
All I have to say about this apartment community is that it’s simply amazing (Perfect location & great Amenities). The staff is very professional and friendly, and Management is top notch and very accommodating.
Hanover never disappoints. Best apartment in the area, I’ve been in Oakland for 8 years and have not found a better place , no place has better management and community. The team is awesome and always answers our questions / helpful with a positive attitude! The amenities are great and we also got a discount because we locked in our lease early (around March / April) before the summer rush! Can’t say enough positive things!
Building and amenities are nice. Maintenance would take months to come and complete a work order and we had to call down to front office/send messages to office multiple times to get someone to come up after the work order/ticket was opened. Also would find human feces on the sidewalk outside the stairwell. Do not use their partnered renters insurance - Entrata/Resident Insured/Markel Renter's Insurance (they are all the same under different names). SO difficult to cancel. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, taking the time to show me around and answer all my questions thoroughly. Her follow-up after my visit was prompt and professional. Tiana made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
