We are not safe here. Thieves are making their way into the building, then up the elevator, and into peoples apartments in the middle of the night while we sleep… using PROGRAMMED FOBS for every door and button on the way up. Then they go inside and steal car keys, go back downstairs to the PAID garage, and drive off with resident cars. Ty was really warm and attentive in showing me around the building. Great service overall!
I was given a tour by Ty, who was very helpful and informative throughout. The model we tour was very spacious with plenty of cabinet space, and all the 1 bedrooms can fit a king sized mattress comfortably. I haven’t decided on this location just yet, it I can say I am impressed!
Ty and the Hanover team have been awesome to work with as we prepare to move in. I am so appreciative of Ty's guidance during this process. She has been very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient and caring as we navigated through the process. No matter the task, Ty made certain that it was handled in a timely manner.
