Lived here for two years and would say it was not worth it. The facility itself is nice, but given the exorbitant price point there were way more downsides. Many of our appliances did not work correctly, and the maintenance team was extremely slow at fixing them. Tiana gave the best apartment tour I have been on, hands down. She knew the building inside out and never made me feel rushed. Tiana and Joseph really went above and beyond to get the lease finalized, and Joseph in particular took personal ownership of working with the corporate leasing team to make sure my specific request was handled with care from start to finish.
