Very well maintained and great environment!!!!
I moved in 2 weeks ago and I must say that the service has been amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful since the time I have moved in. If I come to office, they are willing to help and they let me use a dolly so I could move furniture. The garage is secure and very well lit when I go to my car and home. I feel safe when I come home and its very clean in the lobby areas. I would recommend this building to friends and family. Hi! Giving a review for Brii, who I believe was my tour guide today and at a previous date for 1 beds. She is an AMAZING tour giver. Exceptionally articulate, sweet, intelligent, and made me considerably more interested in renting from Hanover over at least 6 or 7 other apartments in the area. She's charming, genuinely funny, & also quite patient; I felt heard and respected the entire time I toured with her, both times. Joseph Rainone was amazing!! I’ve toured quite a few places and I must say Joseph has been the best guide. He took his time getting to know me and understand what I am looking for. He was patient, asked great questions! And provided me with everything I needed to make sure nothing was left unaccounted for. Joseph provided me with a wonderful folder at the end of my tour so that I had references back to my time on tour assuring I would remember what was important as this process can be overwhelming. I appreciated all his help
