Vehicle is petty new and all the sudden started a very loud screeching noise. Just terrible noise. The Hanover Nissan team got me in quick and found the culprit - a rock near the caliper. WOW. Great service team!
I've been extremely pleased with the service department over the 5 years we have owned our Nissan Rouge. The service writers are very through and do a great job.
Had our vehicle in for service at Hanover Nissan and the experience was excellent! Amela, Jeff, and Blaine in the service department took such great care of us from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. We left feeling very confident in the work done and really happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend their service team if you want to be treated right!
Well I goofed up and Blaine B fixed it! I showed up at the wrong time for my appointment for new tires. As in 3 hrs early! They worked me in and I was out by noon. Thank you Hanover Nissan.
