Doesn’t answer calls, never sent any paperwork, missed deadlines had to go to a different mortgage company. Made me missed the COVID rates. Absolutely unprofessional.
Easily the worst experience I have had in twenty plus transactions. Missed deadlines, delayed closing, added stress and expense, poor customer service and feckless leadership. If this is for you, you found your firm.
