Again the receptionist argued about booking an appointment and told me to go to urgent care. What is the point of a primary care physician if u are constantly, repetitively told to go to urgent care instead of just meeting with them, even virtually. Finding a new doctors office!
My daughter (11) and I have both been seeing Dr. Erin since she was 1. We absolutely love her and the staff there!! It really is a family feel. She figured out my daughter's scoliosis early enough to go get outside help at Hershey Bone institute. We are grateful for such awesome care by wonderful staff! Recommend her and this office to everyone. Only hard part is short hours but we go to med express for that (: Thank you Dr. Erin for being so awesome to my daughter and I!!
Dr. Roberts was so very thorough, kind, and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and explains medical things in a way that makes them much easier to understand. She knew my history before I came in and had reviewed my records which I greatly appreciate in a doctor. She went out of her way to review my past history and even helped to entertain my children during my appointment. Her staff was so so kind, scheduling was a breeze, and I was seen quickly. I highly recommend this doctor.
