When searching for an assistive living it can often be hard finding a place where the staff cares about the residents as the individual people they are. Hanover Manor gets to know their residents so well! I have been super impressed with their care. The director and staff gives just a warm presence to the entire building. Truly a special place.
I started working for Hanover Manor back in March of this year, and I love it! I wish I had found this place sooner! Amazing residents, amazing coworkers and amazing managers! Best place I have worked!!!
Update: Hanover Manor helped me obtain my RMA. My coworkers picked up an extra shift or two to make sure I was able to attend classes, they went over material with me, quizzing me in preparation for the state boards, and the DON made sure I had every opportunity to learn the medications and treatments and that I was ready for the class and state boards. Hanover Manor Assisted Living has such a warm and loving environment. The personnel working at this facility are knowledgable, attentive, guiding, kind, respectful and continually finding activities to involve all of its residents. To the staff: You are amazing! This is a review of Hanover Manor Assisted Living & Alpha House Memory Care Community - separate buildings on the same campus and both transitioned to new ownership/management in late 2022. My mother was a resident of Alpha House from Feb 2018 until her death 7/29/23.
