I was involved in an accident that a Hanover insured driver was found to be at fault. It has been two months since the accident and neither my insurance agent nor myself can get into connect with anyone at Hanover Insurance. Since the day that the company accepted fault all phones calls go unanswered and unreturned, as do emails. Extremely unprofessional and I’m left driving a damaged car.
