Do not waste your money on this insurance company, especially if you own a small business. Not only will they find any way to not cover your claim, they will also take 3 months or more to respond to your claim and provide a coverage position. After paying out premiums for 2 years, they denied every claim we submitted, finding any loop hole possible not to cover. They’re a joke.
Horrible claim adjusters. They lie and delay. Think twice before using.
We love Hanover Insurance Group. Our agent Phil Pace is awesome. We are going on 2 years with them this December and we couldn't be happier. Always looking out for the best pricing for us. We never had this kind of service with the other insurance company we had, and we were with them for over 40 years. So glad we found Phil.
Rates are not competitive - use percentage for wind/hail deductibles - charge for using a credit card - customer service is off shore, not in America.

Over the course of nearly two months, I was asked to provide detailed information and respond to multiple questions, including repeatedly being asked the same basic questions that had already been answered clearly in writing.
