The building's cleanliness is very bad... it smells of dogs, it smells of marijuana, the place looks like no one ever cleans it. We pay a lot and we want more attention
Door system is always broken. You can't visit without having someone coming down to open the door. It's very inconvenient.
Unfortunately, my experience at Hanover Hyannis has been extremely frustrating. The sound insulation in the apartments is terrible — you can clearly hear footsteps, conversations, and constant movement from the neighbors upstairs at all hours of the day and night. What should be our home has become a source of stress and sleepless nights. We’ve reported the issue to management several times, but no effective solution has been provided.
