The Hanover apartments are in a great location being near 3 grocery stores and the Cape Cod mall and relatively close to Main Street. It does have nice amenities like a pool and outside games, grills along with a little gym where you can get a decent work out in. It also has a movie theatre room that you have to reserve online but it’s always booked out a month or more. Been dealing with plumbing issues since I moved in. Management has done nothing to address it. I apparently live below a herd of elephants who spend their evenings flushing the toilet over and over while stomping on the floor. Boxes are delivered and not available to be picked up. Awful 9/22 Update: Issues continue. Been without a functioning toilet for 3 days despite requesting maintenance, and getting an email stating emergency service was requested. I haven’t taken a tour yet, but I drove by Hanover Hyannis recently and was honestly blown away. The building is absolutely gorgeous — modern, clean, and so thoughtfully designed. It stands out in the best way, with beautiful landscaping and a peaceful, upscale feel that immediately caught my eye. Even just from the outside, you can tell this place is something special.
