Online service portal is not very good they tell me. Book by phone they say. No one thought to use the phone number provided to confirm anything. But we can book you for tomorrow. Good to know
I Have taken my CRV here many times because of their honesty. Today, after my rear brake job was done, it still didn’t seem quite right. I brought it back to chat with them about it. Turns out, they missed that fact that a front rotor was warped. So they are putting a new one on for free! Kevin in service was extremely helpful and a type of straight shooter every garage would want to have around. Well done Hanover Honda!! Customer for life here.
