I was a patient of Dr. Wentz before I was supposedly dismissed from the practice without my knowledge or any form of written communication from them. I only found out when I called to schedule an appointment last week. During my time under Dr. Wentz’s care, I did not find her to be compassionate or empathetic…something that is important to me when receiving care from a medical professional. My experience with Dr. Wentz was disappointing. I felt that the appointment was rushed, and she did not ask many questions about my symptoms or medical concerns. I also noticed that not all of my vital signs were checked during the visit, which left me feeling that my evaluation was incomplete. I was also surprised that I was not given a sample collection kit. Instead, I was told to use my own container at home to provide a sample, which I found unprofessional and unexpected. My husband and I moved to the Hanover area a few months ago and I was searching for a new primary care physician. I typically like to find practices who are not associated with large healthcare systems. I was so put off by the receptionist with whom I spoke over the phone, there is absolutely no way I would want to bring my family here. This practice is more concerned about $$$ then your health. You are rushed through like cattle in 15 min appt so the 2 married doctors that run this practice can support their own healthy lifestyle instead of caring about yours. And ive never seen a doctor who is scared to touch their patients as though you have cooties..lol..its pathetic if you trully care about your health stay away they will push pills on you which also earns them commission that they would Never take themselves and sent on your way.And the receptionist i... read more
