Enjoys waking the community at 6am with backhoes, loaders and dump trucks banging around and beeping. Doesn't understand common courtesy. Some days it lasts well into nighttime hours of 10-11pm. Has leveled up his corn field until it was 2 foot taller than our property, causing our yard flood when it rains, and affecting our plumbing.
