Michelle is a genuinely kind and hardworking person, and her tailoring is excellent. I’ve always admired her dedication and the quality of her work. That said, I’ve had to stop using her services. There have been multiple times I arrived to pick up items that weren’t ready, even after calling ahead as she recommends.
