The staff at the service/repair shop was very nice enough to accommodate my emergency repair. On a Saturday morning i was looking for a garage that was open to help fix my van, receptionist stated at first that they had no openings but managed to squeeze me in. The mechanic was also very professional and thorough with brake issue. The nicest people to deal with!
Made the switch from Ford to Ram last month, and I couldn’t be happier. Corey was great—honest, upfront, and sent me all the details about the truck before I even saw it in person. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. They truly go above and beyond. I’ll definitely be buying my trucks from Corey from now on.
Not sure how to best discribe my disappointment with Hanover Dodge. I have reviewed their web page as well as their reviews. Slept on my even writing a review. But when I received a follow up email from Zack today, then spoke to my wife about how I felt, it left me no choice but to take a moment and write a comme t of my experince. Cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had dealing with Hanover Chrysler. Friendly and helpful staff, honest sales men (refreshing to come across!). We bought a truck with Zack and had Cory give us the appraisal on my trade. They were so helpful and offered a good trade in. The small town touch of actually giving you a full tank of gas in your new vehicle and some butter tarts to celebrate was the best! I’d go back to them in the future for sure and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market
