I lived there for 15 months. Exceptional customer service. Don has a great management team - I always knew I could reach out to anyone or Don directly to get help. Damon is great too - he walked us through the apartment, explained all of the different apartment choices and gave us a clear price layout. I also want to mention the maintenance team - they were always so kind and attentive whenever we needed help. It was a pleasure to stay there.
Nora Perez has given a great service performance during the times when needed. Really impressed and recommend this place to stay. All the staffs are amazing and friendly people.
I just finished touring this apartment building and I’m impressed. Very nice apartments and amenities. Don Haslam the leasing manager was great. He took his time and answered all of my questions. He did not make me feel rushed. Definitely ask for him if you want to tour an apartment here.
We have been living in Hanover for more than a year and a half. The facility is great. The management and the maintenance are very helpful and very professional . ( Don , Damon , Luis & Nora….) Even more we experienced recently an unfortunate flooding event in our apartment . We were surprised by how well they handled the situation ,Even though it happened after hours .
