I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is well maintained, the common areas are clean, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Do not move in here! Unfortunate because the staff has been wonderful. Corrynne is doing the best she can every day and is truly wonderful! She is the ONLY reason it is not one star. But one word ROACHES. We have had a roach problem since June it is now December. No matter how many treatments we get which means constantly clearing out all of your storage places biweekly they will not going away and seem to get worse with every treatment. 6 MONTHS our kitchen has been unsanitary and unusable. They would never return phone calls or emails when you are trying to get your deposit back… manager avoids calls and it’s been 3+ months since I moved out and no resolution from them…
Stove didnt work,fridge full of bugs,place full of kinds bugs,and (they still had to pay for fee that broke the lease)They were barely in there for a month.and the manager said THEY had to find the maitance guy to take care of things..legally un-livable!!! When THEY were shown a pretty unit, and got a horrible living conditions!!
Corrynne (Property Manager) and Kody (Maintenance Manager) have been amazing! Since they took over, the property has been cleaner, friendlier, and much more professional. They’re always helpful, quick to respond, and go above and beyond to take care of tenants. Because of their hard work, this community has greatly improved, and I’ll continue renewing my lease knowing we have such an awesome team managing where we live!
